Eligibility Information

Medical, dental and vision: employees who work at least 30 hours per week.

Voluntary life/AD&D, short-term disability, long-term disability, accident and critical illness: employees who work at least 17.5 hours per week.

Basic life/AD&D: employees who work at least 30 hours per week. [CONFIRM: limited to Euromotors Monterey and Audi Rocklin?]

Dependents you can cover:

Your spouse or domestic partner
Your children up to age 26

You must enroll yourself to cover a dependent on any plan.

Enrollment Information

Enroll through ADP Workforce Now at workforcenow.adp.com.

Before you start, have each dependent’s name, date of birth and Social Security number ready.

Your elections cover the plan year January 1 – December 31, 2027.

Enroll in voluntary life and critical illness when you’re first eligible. New hires can get coverage up to the guarantee issue amount without health questions. If you enroll later, you’ll need to answer health questions.
